Neighborhood Preservation begins with analyzing a neighborhood’s composition and needs, and finding the right strategy to accommodate the community. This collaborative effort between a community and Right-Sized Places identifies the potential need for sustainable programs for existing residents and proposed new development and then matches it with appropriate stakeholders to outreach to the appropriate target market.

Within sustainable neighborhood preservation, Right-Sized Places locates, analyzes, and highlights community-voiced needs and opportunities.  A sustainable neighborhood preservation plan should address gaps and blight in a neighborhood in order to best mediate them, improve the quality of life, and stabilize growth.
