Our work is to promote and build projects that are smarter, “Right-Sized”, and located in existing transit oriented neighborhoods. We concentrate on high quality, efficient design and energy efficiency. Where possible, reuse is favored over new construction; the most sustainable building is the one that already exists, and we work hard to fit into the context of the existing neighborhoods. We don’t waste existing building resources and efficiently use new resources to re-purpose and improve properties for current re-use.
Right-Sized-Homes is a direct developer of housing, focusing on rehabilitation for resale and for rental. We serve as project manager to both for-profit and not-for-profit developers of single family and multi-family housing and commercial projects, from site identification through to construction completion and marketing.
We also work with homeowners and homebuyers, to help them identify the Right-Sized home for them and to work with them in remodeling their existing home or creating the home they are crafting for themselves.
